Allows players with a configurable permission to gift a LuckPerms rank to another online player for a configurable duration. Features a per-player cooldown system that persists through restarts, full message customization, and a clean /giftrank command. All settings (rank, duration, cooldown, permission, messages) are defined in ******.yml. Requires LuckPerms.
