A staff management plugin with hierarchical rank system (Admin > Moderator). Features include rank-based vanish visibility (admins see vanished mods, but mods can't see vanished admins), full chat color support with & codes and hex colors, staff chat, and a private messaging system with reply support. Staff ranks persist across restarts with configurable permissions.
