A height-based restriction plugin that blocks building, PvP, and wind charge projectiles above a configurable Y-level. Includes a /buildmode command to bypass restrictions. Below the restriction level, only specified blocks (pressure plates, cobwebs, water, pale oak items) can be placed. Features configurable allowed block lists and permission-based bypass.
