LifelineMedicalBot is a Discord bot for managing medical staff shifts and support tickets. Staff can start, end, review, and track shift history with timestamps and notes. Members can open private support tickets through an interactive panel, while authorized staff can claim, manage, close, and log tickets. Configuration uses environment variables for secure token storage, staff roles, ticket categories, and logging channels.
