A comprehensive nicking plugin for Paper *.21.* that lets players and admins change nametags visible in chat, tab list, and above the head. Supports full skin changing by fetching any Minecraft account's skin via the Mojang API. Commands /nick, /unnick, /skin, and /unskin all support targeting other players for admin use. Skins are stored persistently so they survive restarts. Permission nodes control self vs. others access.
