A UUID-seeded random power assignment system inspired by Genesis ***. On first join, each player is permanently assigned 3 positive powers and * curse via deterministic RNG — no input, no selection, no items. Powers activate through keyboard combos (* key + Shift). A persistent action bar displays all 4 slots with live cooldown countdowns. Includes 20 positive abilities (Phantom Blink, Colossus, GravityLord, Mimic, etc.), 10 curses (Glass Jaw, Antsy, Lead Feet, etc.), and full admin commands.
