A Paper plugin that grants permanent potion effects when wearing netherite armor pieces. Boots provide Speed 2, leggings provide Resistance 2, chestplate provides Strength, and helmet provides Water Breathing. Effects are automatically removed when the corresponding armor piece is taken off.
