A lightweight anvil enchantment plugin that removes the "Too Expensive" penalty and caps all enchantment costs at 20 levels. Automatically resets item repair costs after each combine, preventing the repair cost from ever accumulating. Fully configurable via ******.yml. Works on Spigot/Paper *.13+.
