The Barrage Rod unleashes a 40x40 East-to-West lightning wave (400 bolts), while the Accurate Rod fires a precise 4x4 North-to-South strike (16 bolts). Both are single-use, identified via PersistentDataContainer, deal 65 damage per bolt via strikeLightningEffect, and use staggered BukkitRunnable scheduling for performance.
