A Discord ticket bot for Middleman (MM) services. Users create tickets via $ticket, pinging the MM role. MMs claim tickets exclusively with $claim — once claimed, no other MM can claim it. The claiming MM uses $add @user to grant access to transaction parties. $close archives and deletes the channel. Configurable role and category *** via environment variables. Uses discord.py with cog-based modular structure.
