A civilization *** plugin for Paper *.21.* that assigns each player one of four elemental civilizations (Air, Water, Fire, Earth) with permanent passive effects. Features include circular territory zones with entry restrictions and block protection, a BossBar HUD showing the player's civilization, a dramatic first-join title sequence, and a /civtpall admin command. Lightweight, vanilla-friendly, and fully configurable.
