Applies a 5-second cooldown to players when they left-click with a trident (spear) that has the lunge enchantment. Prevents spam usage of lunge attacks by implementing Bukkit's material-based cooldown system. Features configurable cooldown duration, customizable enchantment name detection, and bypass permission for staff members. Supports both custom enchantments and lore-based detection.
