Paper *.21 plugin implementing an Item Power (IP) stat system. Any item can be assigned an IP value via /ip set, viewed with /ip get, or cleared with /ip remove — stored persistently inside the item's data so it survives relogins, trades, storage, and drops. Players' total IP is calculated live from equipped helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, main hand, and off hand items, recalculating instantly on any equipment change. Provides a %player_ip% PlaceholderAPI placeholder for use in TAB, scoreboards, holograms, and chat. Announces PvP ***** in chat showing both players' current IP.
