A lightweight Velocity proxy plugin that sends a configurable HTTP PUT request when the proxy finishes initializing. The request URL, body, headers, and timeout are defined in a generated ******.properties file. Requests run asynchronously so proxy startup is not blocked, while successful responses and failures are reported through the plugin logger. It uses Java's built-in HTTP client and requires no external runtime libraries.
