FlaxenRTP is a configurable Paper plugin for Minecraft *.21.11 and newer that safely teleports players to random locations across configured worlds. It provides radius, center, cooldown, attempt, concurrency, denied-world, safety, message, and menu controls, plus a clickable destination GUI with live player and ping placeholders. A private licencekey.yml is generated inside the plugin folder with random licence keys. Administrators distribute keys, players activate them in-game, and the plugin supports reloads and controlled licence generation.
