A comprehensive Minecraft *.21 hub plugin featuring toggleable flight (/fly), admin broadcasts (/bc), and player freezing (/freeze). Includes a fully configurable global block-break prevention system with custom denial messages and particle effects. Admins can create named mining zones by selecting two corners with a wand, configure allowed blocks, toggle item drops, and enable timed block regeneration. All settings are managed via commands and an interactive GUI.
