A comprehensive core management plugin for survival/semi-RPG Paper servers. Features a virtual economy system (Coins) with balance, pay, and baltop commands; a rank-based chat system with private messaging, mute system, staff chat, and configurable cooldowns; a homes and warps system with inventory GUI and teleportation delays. All systems are modular, database-backed via HikariCP (SQLite/MySQL), and support PlaceholderAPI for all stats.
