A comprehensive perks and effects system featuring 200 unique perks (double jump, dash, crit damage boosts) and 200 potion effects with six rarity tiers. Players receive random perks and effects on join that persist indefinitely. Includes reroll tokens (0.05% mob drop, 3.5% boss drop for legendary), and an interactive GUI menu to view current perks/effects and manage reroll tokens. All data saves persistently with JSON storage.
