Adds an aggressive mob with a randomly loaded female skin from namemc.***/minecraft-skins/tag/girl. On first hit, the mob changes the player's skin to a random female skin from the same source. Spawn frequency and mob health are configurable via ****** file. Includes event support and player notifications on skin change. Skins are fetched and cached at runtime.
