Features an expensive shaped recipe requiring netherite ingots, diamond blocks, nether star, totems, and a regular mace. When crafted, initiates a 5-minute ritual with particle effects and a floating item display with countdown timer. Includes global one-per-server crafting limit and OP-only admin commands.
