A combat abilities plugin for Paper/Spigot *.20+ servers. Players have 3 persistent skill slots (Skill *, Skill 2, Passive) with 18 unique active abilities across Frost, Wind, Health, Ender, and Wild categories, plus 10 passive abilities. Features include configurable cooldowns, damage values, and durations. Includes BossBar and ActionBar HUD, particle effects, reroller items with crafting recipes, and PersistentDataContainer storage. All abilities are fully ******-driven and hot-reloadable.
