Adds a configurable shield-***** cooldown to tridents enchanted with the Lunge enchantment. When a player uses a Lunge-enchanted trident, it disables the item for a configurable duration (default 5 seconds), identical in behavior to a shield being knocked out. Lunge detection works with any custom enchantment plugin that writes Lunge to item lore. Cooldown duration is fully configurable in ******.yml.
