LightningRodPlugin adds a custom unstackable Breeze Rod weapon that strikes three lightning bolts at the location a player is aiming. The weapon has a 60-block maximum range, a 25-second player cooldown, hidden Mending enchantment, custom lore, and fixed high damage designed to remove two hearts even from fully Protection IV netherite armor. Crafting is blocked whenever the custom Lightning Rod is used, and an administrative command provides the weapon to players.
