Advanced power system plugin featuring 7 unique abilities with 3 levels each. Players can randomly roll powers, upgrade levels, and use special abilities. Includes GUI-based admin control panel for player management, particle effects for each power, persistent data storage, cooldown management, and full permission system. Powers include speed, lightning, defense, magic potions, flight, invisibility, and time freeze.
