UNO-*** is a Paper *.21 abilities plugin where every player owns one magical color card — Red (fire/combat), Blue (water/speed), Green (nature/time), Yellow (lightning), or the admin-only Black (void). Cards have six levels with custom recipes, passive effects, and active abilities that unlock at levels 3, 5 and 6, including Fire Dash, Tsunami, Time Stop, Storm Lord and Black Hole. Level 6 requires a matching Power Core. Includes champion status with cooldown boosts, persistent player data, cooldown tracking, a full /uno admin command suite, and meteors that drop creative-only Black Fragments.
