A unique item control plugin that enforces a single netherite armor owner per server. When a player obtains netherite armor, they become the exclusive owner. Any other player who acquires netherite armor receives a warning and has their pieces removed after 10 seconds. Handles crafting, pickup, inventory transfers, and periodic scanning to maintain the rule.
