A Minecraft plugin that adds a "Buffer" item (heavy core) allowing players to temporarily modify any of their attributes. Right-clicking the item opens a GUI where players can select and change attributes like health, speed, armor, and more. Changes last 60 seconds before automatically reverting. Only one attribute modification is allowed at a time. All attribute limits and item properties are configurable.
