A bulletin board plugin for Minecraft servers that lets players **** item listings to reduce chat spam. Players can **** "Seeking" listings (what they need + what they offer in return) or "Offering" listings (surplus items to give away). Each player is limited to one active listing. Listings persist across sessions so offline players can be reached. Features a paginated GUI browser, chat-based listing creation, automatic expiry, and admin moderation commands.
