Extends the Overworld's build and terrain limits to the engine maximum of -2032 to 2032 (4064 blocks total). Massive mountains reach all the way to y=2032 and enormous caves plunge to y=-2032, while sea level stays at y=63. Uses fully custom density functions to scale vanilla terrain offsets and cave systems across the full range, with deepslate below y=0, bedrock at the world floor, and natural surface water (lakes, rivers, oceans) generating at all elevations.
