A utility plugin that adds the Restrictor item (redstone repeater) which toggles a player's held item between restricted and unrestricted states on hit. Hitting a player with the Restrictor removes and stores their held item. Hitting them again restores it. Data persists across server restarts via YAML serialization. Includes /restrictor give command for item distribution.
