Applies a configurable cooldown to the spear weapon after attacking while the Lunge enchantment is active. When a player hits an entity or throws the spear with Lunge, a cooldown (default 5 seconds) is triggered using Bukkit's native item cooldown system. All cooldown durations are configurable via ******.yml. Supports both melee and thrown spear usage detection.
