A Discord support ticket bot using discord.py with slash commands. Users create tickets through a button panel, fill out a modal with subject/description, and get a private channel. Staff can claim and close tickets. Features persistent views, automatic transcript saving, configurable support roles/categories/log channels, and permission checks.
