A Discord ticket and tier management bot with user verification. Features include ticket creation/reopening with staff roles, user add/remove/spectate controls, verification with IGN/region/account type, per-gamemode tier tracking, profile lookup, and full admin reset capabilities. Uses SQLite for persistent storage and slash commands for all interactions.
