Turns any charged crossbow named "minigun" into a rapid-fire weapon. Holding right-click begins firing arrows in quick succession; releasing (switching slots, dropping, or opening inventory) stops the burst. Fire rate, arrow speed, and damage are all tunable in ******.yml. Uses a per-player task system to cleanly manage active shooters and prevent leaks on quit or world change.
