A Paper *.21.* plugin adding a /blueskull command that gives the player a special Call Goat ****. When used (right-clicked), the **** spawns a 50-block-radius square perimeter of charged (blue) wither skulls 30 blocks in front of the player, all shooting downward. Skulls are identified via PersistentDataContainer so the **** works only for this specific item.
