A competitive PvP bounty plugin for Paper *.21.*. Players gain bounty by ******* others, stealing a tier-based percentage of the victim's bounty plus a flat +50. Higher bounty unlocks passive combat buffs (extra hearts, Speed, Strength). The Most Wanted system marks the top-bounty player with unique buffs and red TAB highlighting. ******* the Most Wanted resets the **** chain. Admin commands let ops manually adjust bounties. Data persists in bounties.yml.
