Fixes common bugs experienced by Bedrock/Pocket Edition players joining a Java server via Geyser/Floodgate. Removes ****** cooldown, fixes elytra flight and crawling, handles anvil/sign/item frame/armor stand interaction for Bedrock, fixes double-click inventory behavior, resolves shield blocking animation, and fixes off-hand visual bugs. All features are configurable with per-world support and graceful degradation when Floodgate is absent.
