DilationPlugin adds a clock-activated time-dilation ability for Minecraft players. When activated, it creates a five-block particle ring centered on the user, applies severe Slowness and Mining Fatigue to nearby living entities, and protects the user from every damage source with Resistance V and damage cancellation. The user remains unaffected by the **** field. Duration, cooldown, radius, particle *****, effect strength, and messages are configurable in ******.yml, with cooldown feedback and automatic effect cleanup.
