Enhances Ender Dragon encounters by setting the dragon's health to a configurable 400 HP (200 hearts) on natural spawn or respawn. Adds configurable Poison and Nausea effects to the dragon's breath cloud, with efficient area-effect-cloud tracking to avoid unnecessary server load. All values are customizable via ******.yml.
