A Paper plugin that restricts netherite smithing to only allow crafting netherite swords (unlimited) and a single netherite chestplate per server. All other netherite armor and tool upgrades from diamond are blocked via PrepareSmithingEvent and InventoryClickEvent, with persistent tracking of the chestplate craft in ******.yml.
