A Paper *.21 plugin that lets administrators designate any item as a Power Gem via commands. Power Gems store a configurable potion effect in their PersistentDataContainer, granting that effect to any player who holds the gem in their offhand. Includes MiniMessage colored messages, custom gem lore, tab-completed effect commands, a configurable refresh interval, and a /powergem reload command. Effects are cleanly applied and removed as gems enter or leave the offhand.
