Fabric *.21.4 client-side mod that tracks fishing rod (harpun) usage on servers. Detects cast + retract cycle and starts a HUD cooldown timer with a fishing rod icon. Cooldown duration is based on the item's display name level: Poziom * = 16s, Poziom 2 = 15s, Poziom 3 = 14s, Poziom 4 = 13s. Displays animated countdown with progress bar centered above the hotbar.
