AdvancedCuffs adds configurable Blaze Rod handcuffs for server moderation. Authorized players cuff nearby targets through a timed interaction with a segmented boss-bar progress display, configurable messages, distances, cooldowns, and interruption rules. Successfully cuffed players are temporarily movement-restricted and automatically released after the configured duration. Admin commands provide cuff items, manual releases, and live configuration reloads.
