A plugin that automatically detects when players register new accounts by tracking IP addresses. When a player joins for the first time, the plugin checks their IP against all stored accounts. If a match is found, it sends a formatted notification to all staff with permission, displaying the old account name alongside the new account name. Uses YAML-based storage and features configurable notification formats and permission-based alerts.
