A hostile mob leveling system for Paper *.21.* where mobs spawn with levels *–50, scaling HP and damage using configurable multipliers. Mobs receive colored level names, persistent particle effects at high levels, and scaled loot drops. Uses PersistentDataContainer for level storage, XSeries for cross-version compatibility, and a clean listener/manager architecture with full ******.yml support for multipliers, particles, blacklists, and bonus loot.
