A PvP bounty system where every player starts at $5M bounty. ***** grant +$5M (capped at $30M), deaths deduct -$5M (or -$1M below $5M). Each tier unlocks permanent buffs: 10M=Speed *, 15M=Speed *+Strength *, 20M=Speed II+Strength *, 25M=Speed II+Strength II, 30M=Speed II+Strength II+15 hearts. Reaching 0M bounty and dying results in a permanent ban. Bounty persists across restarts, displayed via action bar.
