A grappling hook mace plugin that allows players to hook onto buildings by shift + right clicking. Features a 30-second cooldown system and can only be obtained through operator commands. The mace launches players toward blocks they're looking at within 50 blocks range. Silent cooldown management works with external action bar plugins.
