KeyborneSMP adds ten collectible power keys to survival servers: Heroic, Viper, Shadow, Wind, Strike, Hacked, Augmented, Health, Jungle, and Bandit. New players receive a Key Shard and Key Holder, then forge and manage keys through an interactive holder menu. Each key grants a distinct cooldown-based ability, with persistent ownership, active-key selection, configurable cooldowns, admin grants, and a companion resource pack for distinct key visuals.
