A modern teleport request system with an interactive GUI interface. Players can send TPA and TPA-HERE requests, manage pending requests through a chest menu, and accept or deny requests with visual feedback. Features include configurable cooldowns, teleport delays, request timeouts, and full Folia compatibility for multi-threaded server support. Includes both command-based and GUI-based request management.
