A persistent effect system for Minecraft items. When an ItemEffects item is placed in the hotbar, its configured effects (speed, strength, jump, fire resistance, etc.) are permanently applied until the item is removed. Weapon items apply effects on ****** to hit players. Supports Hex color codes, custom names and lore, multiple effects per item, give command, and reload command.
